Heirloom Apples

Research

Organic Research Station at Rogers Mesa (ORSRM) is collaborating with the Montezuma Orchard Restoration Project (MORP) to identify and restore heirloom varieties of apples once grown in southwest  Colorado. MORP woks to preserve Colorado’s fruit growing heritage and to restore an orchard culture and economy to the southwest region.
